Shipping policy
Jump Buddy products are personalised and prepared in Ireland. Orders are shipped from County Meath.
Processing time
Please allow 3–5 working days for us to produce, personalise and pack your order before dispatch. Larger club orders may require additional production time; we will contact you if this applies.
Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and Irish public holidays. During busy periods we will display or communicate any longer processing time.
Delivery areas and estimates
We currently ship to the Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland, England, Scotland and Wales. Delivery estimates shown at checkout begin after dispatch and are not guaranteed:
- Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland: typically 3–5 working days.
- Great Britain: typically 5–8 working days.
Shipping charges are calculated from the total packed weight of the order and are displayed at checkout before payment.
UK customs and import charges
Orders sent to Great Britain require customs information. Any taxes, duties or handling charges not collected at checkout may be charged by the carrier or local authority before delivery. Customers are responsible for charges that are clearly identified as not included at checkout.
Delivery addresses
Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order. Contact us immediately if a correction is needed. Once a parcel has been dispatched, we may be unable to redirect it and additional delivery costs may apply.
Delays, loss or damage in transit
Carrier delivery times are estimates and delays can occasionally occur. If tracking has not updated or your parcel has not arrived within a reasonable time, email jumpbuddyemail@gmail.com with your order number.
If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, retain the packaging and send us photographs of the parcel and product so that we can assist promptly.
