These Terms apply when you use jumpbuddy.ie or purchase from Jump Buddy. Jump Buddy is operated by Gordon Flood, trading as Jump Buddy, from Halgarth House, Oakstown, Trim, Co. Meath, C15 V208, Ireland.

1. About our products

Jump Buddy produces personalised athletics run-up markers and replacement discs. Product photographs are illustrative. Colours can vary slightly between screens and 3D-printing batches, and minor layer lines are a normal feature of 3D-printed PLA rather than a fault.

Dimensions, materials and other important product details are stated on the relevant product page. Please read those details before ordering.

2. Personalisation

You are responsible for checking all initials, names, numbers, club names, spelling and colour selections submitted with your order. We may adjust text size and layout so that wording fits the available disc area. If a request cannot be produced clearly or appropriately, we will contact you before proceeding.

You confirm that you have the right to use any name, wording or club identity you ask us to reproduce. We may decline unlawful, offensive or rights-infringing requests.

3. Orders and payment

Prices are displayed in euro and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges and the final order total are shown at checkout before payment. Payment must be authorised before production begins.

An order acknowledgement confirms that we received your order. We may decline or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, payment cannot be authorised, personalisation cannot reasonably be completed, or an obvious pricing or description error occurred. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the amount paid.

4. Discounts and club orders

Multi-buy and club-order discounts are subject to the conditions displayed with the offer. Unless stated otherwise, discounts cannot be combined. Eligible automatic discounts are applied at checkout.

5. Production and delivery

Our products are personalised and prepared in Ireland. Processing times, delivery areas, estimated delivery times and shipping charges are explained in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly agree otherwise.

You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address. Please contact us immediately if a correction is required.

6. Cancellations, returns and faults

Personalised and made-to-order products cannot normally be cancelled or returned because you change your mind. Our cancellation window and the process for damaged, faulty, incorrect and non-personalised goods are set out in our Return and Refund Policy.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights under applicable consumer law.

7. Safe and appropriate use

Jump Buddy is athletics equipment intended to mark an athlete’s run-up position on a suitable track or training surface. It contains sharp metal track spikes. Handle, install, remove and store it carefully; keep the spikes away from young children when unattended; and do not place the marker where it creates a trip or collision hazard.

Inspect the product before use and stop using it if the body, base or spikes are damaged or insecure. Users, coaches and clubs remain responsible for deciding whether the product and its placement are suitable for the particular venue, surface and training session.

8. Website use and intellectual property

The Jump Buddy name, website content, product designs, photographs, graphics and written material belong to us or are used with permission. You may use the website for personal shopping and information, but may not copy, reproduce, sell or exploit its content without permission.

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code or interfere with the service.

9. Third-party services

Our store is hosted by Shopify. Payment providers, carriers and other service providers may process information or provide parts of the service under their own terms. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Liability

We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for defective products or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Subject to those rights, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the order was placed or for business losses arising from a consumer purchase.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Irish law. Consumers retain any mandatory protections that apply in the country where they live. The Irish courts have jurisdiction, without preventing a consumer from using any court or dispute process available to them under mandatory consumer law.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to our products, services or legal obligations. The Terms applying to an order are those in effect when that order is placed.
